How much does DOCS 2000 cost? Our staff size varies through out the year. How will this affect our start-up costs? How does DOCS 2000 actually determine the optimal schedule? Can DOCS 2000 handle complex rules and physician preferences? Can I fill assignments in advance? Is there any provision for regular absences or repeating requests to work a certain assignment? Can I enter vacations in advance? I have doctors who like to work together at certain assignments. Can DOCS 2000 do that? We must have a Cardiac doctor at 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Call each day, is that easy to do? Depending on the number of doctors on staff each day, some assignments may be filled by the same person. Can I do this only on days when we're short? Does DOCS 2000 do patient scheduling? What are the advantages of a web-enabled application? Will I be able to download the software from your web site? Can we maintain copies of the data on our own server? Will my data files be backed up? How often?
